Burgess Hill have appointed former Albion defender and first team coach Ian Chapman as their new manager.
Chapman, 41, will be assisted by former Albion defender Adam Hinshelwood, who has stepped down as Selsey boss to take up the role at the Ryman division one south side.
Chapman made 281 league appearances for the Albion between 1987 and 1996 and also has managerial experience with Whitehawk.
Hinshelwood, 28, made 100 appearances for the Albion and also had spells at Aldershot Town and Wycombe Wanderers.
John Rattle finished last season in charge at Leylands Park as the Hillians stayed up on the last day.
