Bognor clinched a place in Ryman premier after winning 1-0 in their division one south play-off final against Dulwich Hamlet in front of a crowd of 2,011 at Nyewood Lane.
The only goal came on 17 minutes when Stuart Axten headed home Ben Johnson's corner from the right.
Dulwich wasted an opportunity to draw level on 61 minutes when Dan Beck handled in the penalty area but Craig Stoner saved Sanchez Ming's spot-kick.
