Worthing boss Chris White has praised goalkeeper Michael Hunter ahead of a tricky decision.
White dropped Hunter for the Rebels’ last league game against Godalming after a couple of mistakes.
Seb Barton replaced him after signing on dual-registration forms from Eastbourne Borough but his parent club would not let him play in the two FA Cup ties with Ashford Town (Middlesex).
Barton is available again tomorrow when White must choose between his keepers.
He said: “I left Michael out but he came back in, was good last Saturday and excellent on Tuesday. I have a tough decision.”
Mike Huckett is doubtful for tomorrow’s trip to Faversham with a foot/ankle injury which forced him off in Tuesday’s replay win against Ashford and Tom Lawley continues to be missing with a similar problem.
Two players are on their way back – Ryan McBride following a summer knee operation and Ryan Timms who will return on October 6 from his travels – but Ryan Woodford, who started the season with a three-match ban, has joined Horsham.
Recent capture Kai Bichard has dual-signed with Redhill to get some games.
Matt Piper is Gary Croydon’s only concern ahead of Burgess Hill’s trip to Ramsgate tomorrow.
He picked up a knock in the FA Cup win over Eastbourne Town last Saturday but could still figure.
Boss Croydon said: “We have three tough games coming up at Ramsgate, Whitehawk and Met Police.
“If we’re unbeaten after those three matches I can afford to be a little bit pleased with myself.”
Stuart Tuck should return as Whitehawk look to extend their unbeaten run to seven games in all competitions away to third-placed Leatherhead.
The former Albion defender missed the midweek 3-0 win against Eastbourne Town with a slight niggle but manager Darren Freeman expects him to be available.
Justin Harris (groin) is Hawks’ only doubt, while Adam Mitchell and Adam Hunt have been loaned to Ringmer.
Freeman said: “The boys are really buzzing after Tuesday and we are looking to take that into tomorrow’s game.”
Eastbourne Town manager Danny Bloor is sweating on the fitness of three players ahead of the visit of Fleet Town.
Sam Crabb, Medi Koroma and Danny Simmonds are all carrying knocks or strains.
Bloor said: “They are all 50-50 but I will utilise my squad if they don’t make it.”
