p> Crawley striker Charlie Ademeno scored a sensational hat-trick in the first six minutes as they won 3-2 at struggling Grays in the Blue Square premier today.
Ademeno put his side ahead in the second minute when he turned in Calum Willock's low cross.
Ademeno then capitalised on a mix-up in the heart of the home defence before rounding goalkeeper Preston Edwards to make it 2-0.
And a minute later Ademeno completed his hat-trick after Preston had palmed out a header from Willock.
It looked like being a stroll for the visitors but Grays showed plenty of spirit to pull two goals back before half-time.
Jamie Reid converted a 22nd-minute penalty after Fola Onibuje was brought down by Karl Broadhurst.
And two minutes before half-time Onibuje's towering header from Reid's cross gave Simon Rayner no chance.
Sam Rents cleared a header from Onibuje off the line and Willock's free header was saved by Preston during a hectic first half.
The second-half was an anti-climax with few chances at either end as the effects of two games in 48 hours took their toll.
Onibuje wasted a great chance to level on 72 minutes when he side-footed wide after great work by Richard Graham.
Reds offered little in the attacking third in the second half but they defended their lead stoutly.
