Matt Whitehead
Worthing have signed England Schools under-18s international Matt Whitehead from Lewes.
The 17-year-old left-back, who played for England against France at Wembley in June, will go straight into the squad for Saturday’s game with Chatham Town.
Whitehead, who lives in Worthing, joined Lewes after being released by Albion but has not played for the first team in the league.
