A Lewes side missing six players went down 3-0 away to Northwich in the bottom-of-the-table clash.
Youth team skipper Ryan Timms was handed his league debut after a spate of drop-outs on Friday.
The Rooks were without Joe Keehan, Anthony Barness, Chris Breach, David Wheeler, Luke Rooney and Geoff Banks-Smith.
They held out until the 31st minute when Simon Grand headed home a Joel Byrom free-kick.
Jon Allan added a second 13 minutes from time and the same player gave the scoreline a slightly unfair look with a third seven minutes from time.
