Bexhill United won the Division Three Cup final 2-1 against Haywards Heath.
Goals by Andy Garman and Peter Heritage took them to glory at Hailsham's Beaconsfield Ground.
Heritage struck with a 25-yard free-kick on 62 minutes and Garman doubled the lead on 74 before Heath hit back shortly after through Ty Paul.
Bexhill boss Paul Tuppenney said: "It's great result for the club, chairman and the supporters. As a new manager I would not have dreamt of this."
The Division Two Cup final between Peacehaven and Rustington at Shoreham's Middle Road was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
