Lee Matthews headed Casuals ahead on 46 minutes but they had goalkeeper Paul Smith sent off on 61 for a foul outside the area.

Lloyd Cotton levelled on 71 minutes and Matthews was dismissed for violent conduct on five minutes later before Harper converted a 79th minute spot kick to put Hillians ahead.

Harper added the third with five minutes remaining.

Worthing's five-match winning run came to an end as they lost 3-2 away to Kingstonian.
