John Maggs has been appointed manager of Ryman South side Hastings United.
Maggs has previously managed Crawley Town, Horsham and Crawley Down Gatwick.
He will take charge tomorrow when Hastings take on Ramsgate at the Pilot Field.
Mark Stapley and Terry White have been in caretaker charge since Sean Ray's resignation three days before the season.
Hastings chairman Dave Walters said: "We are delighted to have secured the services of such an experienced and well respected manager as John, and are looking forward to working with him and to taking the club forward."
