Steve Ibbitson believes Lewes will start winning games.
The Rooks drew 1-1 with Thurrock last night which leaves them with three draws and one defeat from their opening four games in Blue Square south.
But they created enough chances against Thurrock to take maximum points, particularly in the second half when David Wheeler terrorised the visiting defence.
Ibbitson said: “The players did everything we asked them to do in the second half bar scoring goals “We just need to put the ball away, because we have had plenty of chances.
“I would be really worried if we were playing the football we are and not creating chances but we created seven or eight good chances on Wednesday at least.
“It will come, there is no doubt in my mind about that and the game at St Albans may be the one."
