Murray Goodwin resumes as acting skipper for Sussex's County Championship clash with Hampshire, which starts at Hove today. Goodwin handed over the reins to Ed Joyce for the defeat against Warwickshire at Arundel but has stepped in again with Joyce missing the opening morning after his wife gave birth on Sunday. Mike Yardy sits out as he continues his battle with depression despite featuring in the last three T20 games. Luke Wright is also absent with a knee problem but Rana Naved and Luke Wells both return from injuries.
