Charlotte Kerwood's Olympic adventure is over.
The Sussex shooter failed to qualify for the final six in the women's Trap at The Royal Artillery Barracks, Woolwich, this morning.
The 25-year-old from Fletching missed three of the 25 targets in her first round.
Any hope of qualifying evaporated when she scored 19 in round two ahead of her final shoot at midday.
Kerwood, who had to sweat on an Olympic spot after a GB rival launched an appeal, was cheered on by mum Jan, dad Dan and an army of family and friends.
Proud Jan told The Argus: "She worked really hard for it. For two years she has been waiting and fighting to get the spot as the top GB girl, so she deserved to be here."
