Albion boss Gus Poyet has played down injuries sustained by Craig Mackail-Smith and Kazenga LuaLua in last night's friendly win at Lewes.
Mackail-Smith limped off in the first half of the 3-0 victory at the Dripping Pan and LuaLua in the second half.
Poyet said: "It was precautionary. Macca controlled the ball and felt a bit of discomfort in the groin area.
"Kaz, when he won the penalty got a kick on the ankle he injured at Hartlepool (two seasons ago), so it was a little bit painful and you don't want to take any risks."
Marcos Painter and Craig Noone also missed the match with pre-season knocks.
