Will Hoskins is in the running to play some part for Albion against Leeds tomorrow.
But Will Buckley is definitely out with a hamstring injury and boss Gus Poyet was checking today on Vicente before deciding how to use him against the Elland Road outfit.
Albion were back at work this monring after last night's Carling Cup thriller against Liverpool.
Hoskins, whose start to the season has been hindered by a hip injury, was among players who did not feature against the Reds.
Poyet confirmed this morning he is available to face Leeds.
The Albion boss said: "I made a few changes against Liverpool thinking about Leeds so I have a clear picture (about tomorrow's line-up).
"The only difference is Buckley will not be available, "But there is always something to change."
Marcos Painter is back in contention after serving a one-game ban and Lewis Dunk looks certain to return to the middle of defence.
Leeds this morning signed Danny Pugh on loan from Stoke City and he is tipped to go straight into their side, probably on the left of midfield.
They have Patrick Kisnorbo back from a one-game ban but may keep faith with Leigh Bromby and Darren O'Dea in central defence.
