Albion are on course to sell almost 5,000 season tickets in their final season at Withdean.
Today is the last chance for fans to take advantage of a discount by renewing early.
Buying a season ticket guarantees priority for the move to Falmer next year.
Managing director Ken Brown said: “We've had something in the region of 6-700 new requests, which is higher than usual.
“If all the rest renew then we will be nudging towards 5,000, which is about what we expected.”
Meanwhile, striker Craig Davies has hinted at a return to Port Vale if he continues to be out-of-favour with Albion.
Davies scored seven goals in 24 league games for Vale after joining them on loan in January.
He is still under contract with the Seagulls next season and he said: “I want to play at Brighton because that is my parent club. But while I'm more than happy to fight for my place I don't yet know if I'm in the manager's plans.
“I would consider going back to Vale if they want me because I know the players and have so much respect for Micky Adams.”
Former Albion chief Adams is poised to offer a trial with Vale to ex-Albion youngster Sam Gargan.
