Michel Kuipers has been handed an immediate return to the Albion side after suspension.
The experienced Dutch keeper missed last Saturday's defeat by Stockport following his red card in the previous fixture, the 7-1 hammering at Huddersfield.
He comes back into the side at Millwall tonight in place of Graeme Smith.
The Seagulls' other change sees Adam El-Abd start in place of the banned Tommy Elphick.
Adam Virgo is expected to revert to a central defensive berth.
Gary Dicker has to be content with a place among the substitutes, where he is joined by ex-Millwall man Dave Livermore and fit-again Gary Hart.
We will have regular updates from here at The Den this evening.
