Albion loanee Valentin Barco’s Seville home has been burgled.

The defender is currently out on loan at LaLiga outfit Sevilla.

The Argentine recently got engaged to his girlfriend Yaz Jaureguy.

She revealed that their new home was ransacked on Instagram as she shared pictures of the break-in.

She wrote: “Coming to a country full of dreams and not being able to live at ease.

“All very strange. Don’t even trust your shadow."

Yaz also shared security footage which appeared to show intruders making their way out of the house with suitcases.

She claimed that the intruders were both males and suggested that it could have been an inside job.

It also appeared that the intruders only left the residence just moments before the footballer and his fiancee arrived home.

She added: "Obviously, we’ve got cameras.

"Two men got in from the house next door, they spent 50 minutes inside and left ten minutes before we arrived.

"The strange thing is only an employee knew our movements and the only possible entry point and he left seven minutes before the intruders entered.

"We’ve already reported the break-in to police and hope it gets resolved."

Barco joined Alvion on a four-and-a-half-deal back in January but was sent on loan to Sevilla in August.

He has struggled for regular game time in Spain, having only made seven appearances in the league.
