Albion fans wrapped up warm for the chilly Friday night game against Southampton.

Supporters of the Seagulls were clad in blue and white as they flocked to the Amex in hopes of victory.

The opening goal was secured by Kaoru Mitoma in the 29th minute, which was levelled out by Southampton's Flynn Downes in the 59th minute.

Southampton believed they had gone ahead in the 67th minute when Cameron Archer scored, although it was later disallowed by VAR due to Adam Armstrong being offside and deemed to be interfering with play.

Despite the lack of a win at home, the result was not all disappointment.

The draw saw the Albion move to second position in the Premier League table.
