Fran Kirby scored late as Albion won a WSL thriller at the Amex.
The England star took an extra touch and guided a shot into the bottom corner to secure a 3-2 success over West Ham before almost 5,000 fans.
Goals from Rachel McLauchlan and Kiko Seike had put Albion into a two-goal lead which was cancelled out by a long-range double from Katrina Gorry.
But Albion secured their first win at the stadium in two seasons.
The hosts went ahead approaching the half-hour through a beautifully engineered and measured curler by McLauchlan after intricate build-up involving Vicky Losada and Kirby.
West Ham kept Albion working hard at the back but the hosts were organised and might have extended their lead.
Poppy Pattinson headed straight at Kinga Szemik from Marisa Olislager’s free-kick and Kirby’s deflected effort was scrambled around the post by the keeper.
West Ham should have levelled just before the hour.
Riko Ueki headed down a cross at the far post and Seraina Piubel half-volleyed off target from close in.
The fact the ball landed just behind the Swiss international might have made the chance more difficult than it appeared.
But it was a bad miss and Albion punished them a minute late.
McLauchlan took her time before guiding a pass in from the right and Seike’s first time shot sent the ball gently into the far bottom corner.
West Ham’s response was explosive. Gorry hit the bar from outside the box and then fired home from either further out to halve the lead.
Sophie Baggaley kept Albion in front when saving from the clean-through Manuela Pavi.
But Gorry brought the Hammers level with another fierce finish from outside the box , possibly helped by a slight deflection, after Losada was ambushed in possession.
Gorry went off injured soon after and Albion, having made changes, regained the lead on 82 minutes.
Parris’s touch sent Seike raiding down the right and she looked up before carefully finding Kirby, who provided the composed finish.
