On-loan Amario Cozier-Duberry faces more time on the sidelines – as another on-loan Albion winger returns to action.

Cozier-Duberry, the 19-year-old signed from Arsenal in the summer, has had limited playing time on loan at Blackburn.

Rovers boss John Eustace revealed ahead of their weekend fixture with Sheffield United that he will not be around until some time after the coming international break.

Eustace said: "He won't be fit for at least another couple of weeks. It's still his ankle, unfortunately.

"If we can get him back after the international break, that would be great. Then he can, hopefully, get a bit of training and volume into his legs for a week or two.

"We hope he can be back after the international break he can come in and help the squad to make a difference."

Cozier-Duberry caught the eye in pre-season with his two-goal display in the friendly win over Kashima Antlers in Tokyo.

He has so far had 70 minutes of action with Rovers in the league across five appearances, all as sub.

Sarmiento returned off the bench as Burnley lost 1-0 at Millwall.

He has also been used mainly as a sub, including in the game when he scored against Portsmouth.

Sarmiento has started once and come on seven times for his recorded playing time of 210 minutes in the Championship this term.
