Lewis Dunk is expected to have a scan after his 250th Premier League appearance was put on hold.
The Albion captain withdrew from the home game against Wolves after suffering a calf injury in the warm-up.
He had to watch the drama from a seat in the West Lower.
Head coach Fabian Huerzeler did not have details on the problem as he spoke after the 2-2 draw.
Huerzeler said: “I think he will have a scan and we will see. He has a small issue in his muscle.”
Yankuba Minteh missed out through injury for the second successive week.
Huerzeler said: "Minteh is hopefully close. We have to go day by day.”
Jack Hinshelwood missed out on the matchday squad with what was reported as a minor issue with no risks being taken.
