Kiko Seike has given Albion more than just a record-breaking, high quality hat-trick.
But head coach Dario Vidosic says there is more to come from the Japan international after a prize-winning start to WSL life.
Seike was named WSL player of the month for September, mainly due to her brilliant treble at home to Everton.
She is the first Albion player to win the award and was the first player from any club to score a hat-trick on her WSL debut.
But her work in general play has also impressed and Vidosic believes that can only improve as she settles in England.
The Albion boss said: “You probably got to see everything in the Everton game of what she can do.
“But it’s about how hard she works as well.
“The quality that she has when she is on the field and on the ball.
“She’s a threat from everywhere. From those three goals you can see.
“But she is still adjusting. She is still learning the language as well, learning the style.
“We have been pleased with her. It’s the same with her and everyone else.
“We are trying to keep their development going, trying to get everyone to improve so we lift the levels of the squad, the individuals, and then that inevitably helps us a team as well.”
Seike started last week’s win over Aston Villa on the bench but was introduced to the action at half-time in place of Bruna.
