Worthing have been told they must tighten up at the back.

Chris Agutter is preparing his side to face Welling tonight after going down 2-0 to Maidstone at the weekend.

The Rebels boss said: “We have conceded 20 goals in 11 games so, for us to win every one of those games, we need to average three goals a game.

“It’s something the club has struggled with for a while.

“But the difference is we don’t have Ollie Pearce and Joe Felix to dig us out of a hole now.

“We conceded 70-odd goals last year and we are on course to do that again.”

Whitehawk have signed defender Oscar Borg from Welling.

The 27-year-old came through the West Ham academy and has played for Aston Villa under-23s before having almost two years in Iceland.
