Albion made it a 3-2 win after trailing by two goals at half-time.
The team is currently sixth in the Premier League and with only a single loss.
A sea of blue and white clad fans cheered on their team even during the disappointing first half.
Albion are now preparing to play Newcastle United on October 19 after the international break.
