Tottenham rotated their squad ahead of their Premier League trip to the Amex.
They made seven changes to the XI which started their 3-0 win at Manchester United on Sunday for a trip to Budapest.
Spurs beat Ferencvaros 2-1 to make it six points from two games in the UEFA Europa League.
Guglielmo Vicario, Pedro Porro, Cristian Romero and Timo Werner were the four players who remained in the XI from Old Trafford.
Brennan Johnson, Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison all went on for the final quarter of the contest with Dominic Solanke later following them into the action.
Four players aged 19 or under were named in the Spurs line-up with full debuts handed to academy graduates Mikey Moore and Will Lankshear.
Yves Bissouma was among the players brought into the XI and he stood out in midfield.
Johnson hit the winner and has now scored in each of his last four matches.
Spurs boss Ange Postecoglu said: “If you compare him to other wingers in the league, his numbers always stacked up anyway and now he has probably bypassed all of them.
“I had no doubt he would make a massive impact for us. Now he is making not just an impact but changing games for us.
“Again, still a young guy, still working hard and wants to learn, so that's great for us.”
