Albion were frustrated to see two more points get away at the Amex.
The Seagulls drew 2-2 with Nottingham Forest having come from behind to lead.
They should have pushed on for three points after Jack Hinshelwood’s header and Danny Welbeck’s free-kick had put them in front.
Albion coach Andrew Crofts said: “We are frustrated. We felt we definitely did enough in the game and should be speaking about three points and a decent performance but we are not.
“We got one point. We have to learn a lot from the last two games for sure and we will.
“There is lots to analyse and review and to grow from.
“But there is also lots to be positive about as well.”
