Nuno Espirito Santo is tempering expectations ahead of the trip to the Amex.
Nottingham Forest have won their last four away games, including last season, with successes at Sheffield United, Burnley, Southampton and, most famously, Liverpool.
Espirito Santo said: “Our expectation is exactly the same.
“Our expectation is to prepare well, to compete well on Sunday, step by step, each game at a time, each training session is important, this is our expectation.
“There is no other way to play the game, whatever you did in the last game doesn’t mean anything, it’s what you have to do in the next one.
“The players are aware of that - I hope.”
Forest last dropped points away from home when they lost 2-0 at Everton on April 21.
