Albion’s two deadline day signings have been playing catch-up ahead of the WSL opener.
The Seagulls kick-off their season at home to Everton on Saturday after a summer which has seen head coach Dario Vidosic and 11 new signings arrive at the club from around the globe.
Additions include England internationals Nikita Parris and Fran Kirby.
Parris and on-loan Arsenal striker Michelle Agyemang are the latest arrivals but have quickly settled in.
Vidosic said: “They are both characters and they are bubbly within the squad and they have brought their own personalities to the team.
“They are pushing for selection for the weekend.
“It has been like a crash course in everything we have done over the six or so weeks, just trying to give them as much information.
“They stayed back yesterday, we have done a little bit of video and talking about different things.
“We understand it will take time but they have been tremendous since they have come in and want to get up to speed as soon as possible.
“We have brought in two very good footballers as well.”
