Worthing have been handed a home FA Cup tie – while up to three Sussex clubs will travel.
Rebels host Dartford in the third qualifying round.
The Darts, managed by Adrian Pennock, play a division below Worthing but are off to a good start, standing fifth in the Isthmian premier division with four wins from six games.
Horsham face a trip to their former Isthmian premier rivals Margate.
After relegation last season, Margate are mid-table in the south-east division.
Hastings are also through and will visit Cray Wanderers or Wingate & Finchley.
Chichester go to Slough for a replay with the winners then away to Chatham.
Third qualifying round ties will be played on September 28.
Winning clubs at this stage will receive £5,625 while losing clubs pick up £1,875.
