Albion have signed young Arsenal striker Michelle Agyemang on a season-long loan ahead of the new WSL season.
The 18-year-old helped England under-19s to the Euros semi-final this summer.
She has made five first-team appearances for the Gunners, scoring once, and impressed on loan to Championship outfit Watford last term.
They are also being linked with England forward Nikita Parris, currently with Manchester United, ahead of tonight's 11pm transfer deadline.
Head coach Dario Vidosic said: “We’re delighted to welcome Michelle to the club. She is a goalscorer and excellent playmaker.
"It's clear to see her talent and potential in the game and she will give us another exciting option in attack.
"We're looking forward to seeing what she can add to our team this season."
Agyemang has been part of Arsenal's build-up to the season, playing on their summer trip to the USA.
Albion defender Li Mengwen has gone to West Ham on a season-long loan.
The 29-year-old China international joined Albion last summer.
Vidosic said: “This will be a great opportunity for Li to get more minutes under her belt in the WSL.
"We’ll be monitoring her progress and wish her the best for the season.”
Lily Dent, who recently signed her first professional deal, has joined Championship side Portsmouth on a season-long loan.
The 18-year-old has made four appearances in all competitions for Albion.
Grace McEwen has also joined Portsmouth on a dual-registration this season.
She will be eligible to play for both Pompey's senior side and Albion under-19s.
Former first-team captain Dani Bowman has been appointed as under-19s head coach.
She has had the role on interim basis following the departure of Sinead Hogan-Belcher and has impressed.
Managing director Zoe Johnson said: "We're delighted to offer Dani the role on a permanent basis.
"We are really looking forward to seeing what she can do with our group of players during what should be a really exciting season."
Bowman will be assisted by Tim Tapscott.
