Albion are facing late decisions on three players as they prepare to face Ipswich.

But there appears a good chance Ferdi Kadioglu will make his Premier League debut as domestic action returns.

The newly-promoted Tractor Boys head to the Amex on Saturday.

Mats Wieffer could make a home debut after a recent injury.

Head coach Fabian Huerzeler revealed in his press conference on Thursday morning that the Holland midfielder is in full training.

He will be further assessed after Thursday’s training session.

Julio Enciso and Joao Pedro cannot train with the squad on Thursday after returning from South America.

The pair were in opposition in Paraguay in a game which ended at 3.30am on Wednesday, our time.

Huerzeler said: “I think we have a great medical department who will do everything for the regeneration of the players.

“Also the players themselves, they are professional enough to know what they have to do to be fully recovered for Saturday.

“Of course they can’t train today with the team but they will be back on the training ground.

“Then it is about giving them a good recovery and hopefully they can train tomorrow and then of course they are part of the squad.”

Kadioglu told The Argus this week was he was fit and ready for action after a minor injury.

Asked today whether he could be set for his debut this weekend, Huerzeler replied with a laugh: “It might be a possibility, yes!”

Huerzeler could not out a timescale on James Milner's return.
