Albion have added Barcelona and Spain striker Bruna Vilamala to their WSL squad for the season.

The 22-year-old came through the academy and B team at Barcelona and has played 71 senior games, scoring 24 goals.

She scored on her international debut, against Denmark this summer, to help Spain come from 2-0 down for the win which secure their place at euro 2025.

Albion head coach Dario Vidosic said: “She will give us an exciting option in attack and is a player of proven experience at the highest level, having played in the Champions League and for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

“Bruna is looking forward to playing in the WSL for the first time in her career and we’re looking forward to working with her.”

Albion are currently in Spain for a pre-season training camp.

They have been busy in the transfer market and open their WSL campaign when Everton visit Broadfield Stadium on September 21.
