The Amex has been named as one of the best stadiums in the league to visit for away days.

Albion’s stadium has been ranked sixth in a recent study by ChooseMyCar which took into account fan atmosphere and behaviour, parking options and number of home goals conceded.

The stadium had an overall score of 85.7 and sat behind Southampton’s St. Mary’s in fifth and Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium in fourth.

With an impressive away fan allowance accounting for over 10.3% of the stadium's overall capacity, The Amex ranks as the third highest in the league on that statistic.

This come after news that Albion are planning to move the 3,000-seat away section from behind the South Stand to a different area.

The stadium also ranks well for safety, with Brighton fans recording the sixth lowest number of fan arrests in the league, at 19.

As the seagulls set their sights to impress at Everton this week they will be able to enjoy the tenth best away day experience, at Goodison Park.

The top three stadiums to visit as an away fan are Aston Villa’s Villa Park, Fulham’s Craven Cottage and with a perfect score Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium, which came first.
