Benicio Baker-Boaitey is the latest Albion youngster to head out on loan.
The winger has joined League Two outfit Port Vale on a season-long deal.
His new team-mates will include former Seagulls under-21 striker Lorent Tolaj, who signed for Vale from Aldershot this summer.
Baker-Boaitey made six first-team appearances for the Seagulls last season, five of which came in the Premier League.
Under-21s head coach Shannon Ruth said: “We were delighted to see Benicio get his opportunity with the first team last season and this is now a chance for him to play regularly.
“The loans department will keep tabs on his progress. We wish him the best of luck for the campaign.”
Earlier this week, midfielder Luca Barrington joined Grimsby on loan for the season.
Ruth said: “This is a great first opportunity for Luca to be involved in the day-to-day of a men’s first-team environment at a really good level.”
