Billy Gilmour and Jeremy Sarmiento are among the internationals who have now restarted work with Albion.
They have started their own pre-season training programmes in what is becoming an increasingly well-populated gym at Lancing.
Gilmour and Sarmiento played at the Euros and Copa America respectively.
Simon Adingra is also hard at work at Lancing.
While there have been speculative suggestions of Marseille interest in the Ivory Coast winger, there has been no contact from Roberto De Zerbi’s new club.
Adingra is likely to be well beyond Marseille’s current financial means.
Albion will take a strong group of players to Japan for their pre-season trip but it will not be their full squad.
Some will remain in England to continue their own pre-season work or rehab from injury.
Lewis Dunk, Bart Verbruggen and Pascal Gross are among players resting after Euro 2024.
