At least three of Albion’s South American contingent will have new bosses to impress in international football as well as at their club.
Paraguay and Ecuador have both parted company with their head coaches after the Copa America.
Julio Enciso was the voice of the Paraguay squad after they crashed out in the group stages with three defeats out of three.
Jeremy Sarmiento enjoyed a good tournament with Ecuador, who made the national stages and gave Argentina a fright.
Pervis Estupinan was missing from the Ecuador side due to injury.
Paraguay have parted company with boss Daniel Garnero while Felix Sanchez is no longer in charge of Ecuador.
Enciso was generally experienced for his own efforts, despite Paraguay’s woes.
The Albion forward said: “It wasn't the result we wanted, we didn't have a good Copa America.
“I don't want to analyse it in the heat of the moment, we have to keep working and be mentally prepared for what's coming.
"This has to help the new generation to get back on our feet. We have to get back on our feet together.”
