Malick Yalcouye was today left out of Gothenburg’s squad for their return to league action – amid reports he is heading to Albion.
The attacking midfielder had been withdrawn from training in the run-up to the trip to Varnamo.
Gothenburg today confirmed his absence from the matchday squad with the explanation: “Yalcouye, it’s finished.”
They went on to lose the game 2-0.
