One of Graham Potter’s key staff members at Albion has landed a new job.

Bjorn Hamberg has joined Feyenoord in Holland in the role of assistant head coach .

He will work in support of recently arrived Brian Priske, who succeeds Arne Slot in charge.

Hamberg moved to Chelsea with Potter almost two years ago.

Along with Bruno, he quietly departed Stamford Bridge last August, four months after Potter was sacked.

Potter and assistants Bruno and Billy Reid have not yet re-emerged at a new club but Hamberg looks set to take a key role at the Rotterdam outfit.

Hamberg stood in as head coach for Albion in a 1-1 draw at Leicester City when Potter and Reid were both isolating after testing positive for Covid.
