Lewis Dunk could be in line for another start for England as Gareth Southgate’s squad prepare for their first Euros warm-up match.

The Three Lions will be in action against Bosnia and Herzegovina this evening and Dunk is expected to be in line for his fifth start.

With John Stones rested after the FA Cup final and Harry Maguire recovering from injury, the Albion skipper may be given a prime opportunity to book himself on the plane to Germany.

Dunk, Marc Guehi, Ezri Konsa and Joe Gomez are all expected to be in contention for a start in defence alongside uncapped Jarrad Braithwaite and Jarrell Quansah.

Kieran Tripper is expected to start at left back after being announced as captain at a press conference on Sunday.

Manchester United’s Maguire and Luke Shaw are both out with muscular injuries.

England will play their first Euros warm up game against Bosnia and Herzegovina this evening at St James’ Park in Newcastle.

They will then head back to Wembley on Friday for a final warm up friendly against Iceland, who famously knocked England out of the Euros in 2016.

England kick off their Euros campaign against Serbia on Sunday, June 16, in Essen.
