Pascal Gross is Albion’s player of the season – for the second time.
The Germany midfielder took the fans’ award he had previously won in his debut Premier League season six years ago.
Gross completed the double, having already been named players’ player.
Kaoru Mitoma won goal of the season for his stunning solo effort at Wolves.
Joao Pedro’s thunderous late winner at home to Marseille was runner-up.
Jack Hinshelwood was named young player of the year.
Elisabeth Terland won the women’s player of the year prize.
Goalkeeper Sophie Baggaley was named players’ player while Veatriki Sarri won goal of the season.
Maisie Symonds, a previous goal of the season winner, this time picked up the prize for young player of the year.
