Bukayo Saka could miss Arsenal’s game at the Amex.

The England winger missed his side’s 2-0 win over Luton on Wednesday with a muscle injury sustained during the goalless draw at Manchester City.

He will be assessed by Arsenal medical staff today.

Mikel Ateta is looking forward to a tough battle with Roberto De Zerbi’s Albion side.

The Arsenal boss said: “I am very impressed with him. He is a top manager with great staff.

"What they have done on the pitch deserves credit and the way they have ran the club.

“They are fighting with the top clubs and have done a magnificent job.

“De Zerbi's football makes life very difficult for the opponent and they play attractive football.

"We have to select our best line-up. We have to train and get ready to win again.

“Brighton will be tough, they play well, but we have to be better than them."

Arteta said he hopes his team are coming close acquiring the same aura enjoyed by the 2003-04 Invincibles.

The 42-year-old played against the then reigning champions in May 2005 during a 7-0 defeat for Everton at Highbury.

He said: “I’ve been in the tunnel playing in a different shirt and looking at the Invincibles.

“You had a feeling tonight is going to be really tough. Hopefully we can create that.”
