Jofra Archer bowled four wicketless overs and produced fireworks with the bat as Sussex won a T20 match on tour.
Jack Carson’s six secured victory by two wickets with one ball to spare chasing a target of 216 against Karnataka State Cricket Association in Bangalore.
The hosts lost just one wicket in reaching 215 off their 20 overs.
Carson was the successful bowler, finishing with 1-34 off four overs.
Archer went for 36 as he opened the bowling.
Several Sussex batsmen missed out but their reply was based around 57 from James Coles and Danny Lamb’s 68 off 34 balls (six fours, five sixes).
The job was finished by Carson, who hit three sixes in his 20 not out off just five balls, and Archer, who made 22 not out off six deliveries, helped by two sixes and two fours.
