Julio Enciso has been hailed as an exciting Albion presence as he hopes to thrill the Amex on Europa League night.
The Paraguay international is a contender to start in the home leg of the last-16 tie versus AS Roma.
Albion go into the match with a 4-0 deficit from the away game.
Enciso missed the group stage due to a knee injury and looked eager to impress in his 45 minutes at the Stadio Olimpico.
Fellow forward Danny Welbeck told The Argus: “First and foremost it’s really good to have him back.
“He has been through a difficult spell with the injury and we all know the qualities Julio brings to the team.
“Being out for that amount of time and then getting back into the team, getting back into the rhythm of playing games, training sessions and recovering, going again takes some time.”
Enciso is known in Paraguay as La Joya, or The Jewel, the same nickname as Roma star Paulo Dybala.
Welbeck believes that nickname is fitting.
He said: “Julio is a jewel. He has got match-winning qualities and that’s what we look forward to him bringing to the team.
“When he’s involved, everybody is really excited and very pleased for him to be back.
“Collectively, as a team, we know he brings so much quality.”
