Joao Pedro is a contender for the Premier League goal of the month award.
His strike at home to Crystal Palace features on the short list for the February prize.
The Seagulls’ top scorer bore down on the penalty area, ran on to Danny Welbeck’s flicked return pass and guided a superb finish inside the far post.
The other contenders include Kobbie Mainoo’s winner for Manchester United deep in stoppage time at Wolves.
There are also efforts by Richarlison, Declan Rice, Jefferson Lerma, Darwin Nunez, Jordan Ayew and Emerson Palmieri.
