Albion could receive more than £7 million in compensation for two teenage players who went to Chelsea.
A tribunal has fixed fees of £900,000 for full-back Zak Sturge and £1 million for striker Shumaira, or Shim, Mheuka.
Those sums could rise to £3.4 million and £4.25 million if various clauses are fulfilled.
Sturge, 19, is an attack-minded left-back who had three years with the Albion academy, playing for the under-18s and three in Premier League 2.
He sent the first half of this season on loan to Peterborough.
Mheuka, 16 and born of Zimbabwean parents, also played for the Seagulls under-18s.
Both have represented England at junior level and made the move to Chelsea in the summer of 2022.
