Roberto De Zerbi is unsure when Kaoru Mitoma will be back in action.
The Albion winger missed the 1-1 draw with Everton due a back problem.
He will be assessed before the FA Cup fifth-round tie at Wolves on Wednesday.
But De Zerbi is becoming increasingly frustrated by injuries.
He had wing pair Mitoma and Simon Adingra back together for just one game – the 5-0 win at Sheffield United.
De Zerbi said: “Sometimes you ask me what is my target, what is my opinion on the draw in Europa League or FA Cup.
“What is my opinion for the last three months in the Premier League?
“I would like only one thing – to have all players available to play.
“I can say what you want but, to be honest, it is difficult for a Brighton club playing without Mitoma, without Adingra, without Julio Enciso for a long time, without Ansu Fati for two months, without Pervis Estupinan, James Milner, Tariq Lamptey. Too many.
“We are Brighton and we don’t have 25 players on the same level.
“I don’t know if Kaoru can play on Wednesday.
“If Mitoma can’t play, we will be ready anyway and we will try to win for sure.
“Then at Fulham the same and then in Rome the same.
“We try to show our best, to play our best and to win the games.”
