Poppy Pattinson has been handed a three-match ban for violent conduct.
The Albion left-back received retrospective punishment following an incident late in the 1-0 defeat by Liverpool on Sunday.
She was shown by Sky Sports coverage to step on the thigh of grounded opponent Sophie Roman Haug as Albion looked to get the ball back and take a throw-in.
Pattinson went unpunished at the time.
The incident took place in front of the assistant referee, who was focused on the ball going out of play and was possibly screened by Julia Zigiotti.
Pattinson will miss the WSL six-pointer away to her old club Bristol City when action resumes after the international break.
Albion then host Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals before a home date with Manchester City in the league.
Pattinson is currently with the England under-23 squad.
