Pascal Gross says Albion want to keep looking forward after the rout of Crystal Palace.
The German midfielder set up goals for Lewis Dunk and Facundo Buonanotte in a 4-1 win which delighted the Amex.
Jack Hinshelwood headed home and Joao Pedro added a brilliant llate fourth.
Albion bounced back from a 4-0 midweek embarrassment at Luton and Gross said: “We always look forward.
“We know that (Luton) was really bad from us. We all knew it.
“The gaffer knows as well that we are man enough to take responsibility for performances like that, but we have good characters in the team, we showed that often enough.
“So I think he had full faith in us to bounce back and he expected us to, and we did.”
Gross added: “It was all about winning the game for the fans, for the team to bounce back.
“There were a lot of reasons why we should win that game but it’s easier to say this than to do it.
“So we needed a big performance against Palace to win it.”
