Roberto De Zerbi says the talent will keep on coming from Albion’s finishing school.
Joao Pedro scored a hat-trick and teenager Facundo Buonanotte fired home a beauty before Danny Welbeck completed the 5-2 win over Sheffield United.
Albion’s work in scouting, signing and polishing young talent is unmatched and De Zerbi said: “Recruitment is brilliant. They have a great organisation to find the new young players.
“And then we try to decide which players are ready to play and the others go on loan and to progress in other teams.
“We have a lot of young players on loan and we are waiting for their improvement.”
“We have to remember JP van Hecke and Bill Gilmour last season.
“Today both are incredible players, I completely love both.
“I think Joao Pedro, Facundo, Evan Ferguson, Jack Hinshelwood, the next season will be better and better for sure.”
