Rob Jones will referee Albion’s next Premier League match.

The official from Merseyside has been placed in charge of the match at Luton on Tuesday.

Peter Bankes will be on VAR duty.

Jones has refereed 22 games in all competitions this season, showing 101 yellow cards and four reds.

He moved into three figures by showing yellow nine times as Hull City won at Sunderland in the Championship.

One of his reds was shown in his last Albion game, when he dismissed Manchester City defender Manuel Akanje for a second yellow at the Etihad.

All four of his red cards have come in his 13 Prem games this term.

He had only showed one red across the two previous campaigns.

The full officiating team for Luton v Albion is as follows.

Referee: Rob Jones. Assistants: Ian Hussin, Wade Smith. Fourth official: Rebecca Welch. VAR: Peter Bankes. Assistant VAR: Nick Greenhalgh.
